2. Description of Service
SmartOffice AI is an intelligent administrative assistant that provides:
- AI-powered email priority categorization
- Smart email reply suggestions
- Google Calendar integration
- Automated PDF and Word report generation
- Bilingual interface support (English/Arabic)
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- One account per user; multiple accounts are prohibited
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Premium Plan
- Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time
- Payment processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
- Current subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes
4.2 Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Refund requests for billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
5. Google Account Integration
- You must authorize SmartOffice AI to access your Gmail and Google Calendar
- We only request read-only access to your data
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
- Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools (bots) to access the Service
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI-powered features (email categorization, reply suggestions) are provided as-is
- AI suggestions should be reviewed before sending
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
- You are solely responsible for all communications sent from your email
8. Data Privacy & Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- Your data is isolated per user (no sharing between accounts)

9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
10. Intellectual Property
- SmartOffice AI and all related trademarks are our property
- You retain ownership of your data (emails, calendar events)
- We retain ownership of AI models and generated insights
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SmartOffice AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
